The company has built up area of 35,000 Square Feet with high end manufacturing facility stationed at Odhav, Ahmedabad which includes CNC Machine Shop, QC Lab, Futuristic Paint Shop, Sheet Metal Shop and Design Shop with latest 2D & 3D designing software.

The quality maintenance comes first for Konark as the company has adopted the world class machinery to produce the superior quality outputs. Severe Quality Control of all incoming components at Konark Plastomech is a regular process. Prior to delivery, each machine is firmly tested at our premises at Ahmedabad either in a fully wet-trial with elements or at least in components. As an effect it cuts down the formation time at the client site and more importantly shrinks the risk of a deferred startup.
